What’s with pushing the pro-life agenda when speaking about women’s health? We already carry enough guilt when making decisions that are best for US (the women who’s health you are supposedly concerned about) without needing more guilt-trips from our medical advisors. Stick to your lane!
This. Amazing response to uppity combative people.
I just stumbled upon your sub stack (new to the platform) and I clearly need to subscribe. Love your content so far and now, your classy moxy toward negativity.
Congrats on the new sponsors! I’m familiar with 7 weeks coffee and PreBorn through Candace Owens - looking into Saturee now! Wanting to learn more about methylene blue in general. Have a blessed week 🌼
Women have never been estrogen deficient. It's sad how often menopausal women are targeted with estrogen and BIHRT and are never properly informed about the risks like ER+ breast cancer which makes up 80% of all breast cancers. A woman's body in menopause prioritizes testosterone, not estrogen. So why are they so quick to reintroduce a hormone that the body no longer needs for reproduction?
In fact, according to my breast thermography research, majority of women I image are “estrogen dominant” with unhealthy vascularity patterns on the breast. Phytoestrogens are playing a major role in estrogen dominance!
The vaginal atrophy/pain thing is a real problem in our society because men are being artificially supported by viagra and cialis. Sex just doesn’t interest those with tore up vaginas, yet here our husbands are popping pills and then bothering us. We’re old. We grew old together. I realize there are other things one can do in the bedroom without viagra, but they are not satisfied with that. The big push for these cremes is because we’re trying to do everything we can for our husbands and keep our marriages. Maybe some of you want a divorce, but I fought hard for my family and have no desire to break it up because my husband can pop a pill. I am nervous to use the cremes after hearing about estrogen build up in tissues. At the moment, I’m 50 and only on progesterone, which has truly been a life saver. I’m one of those freaks who was always low on progesterone and almost bled to death at 17. There is a time and a place for these hormones even as a teenager. The funny thing is the gynes did everything else first before putting me on HRT (birth control, very high dose). Also needed progesterone again to keep my second child in the womb. There is so much to all of this, influencers so many factors to push their branded supplements and HRT.
I have been putting flax in my oatmeal for a 3 ish weeks my breast have been so sore now for a week and a half! Had no idea! I am taking bioidentical progesterone 100mg a night for a month now. 200 mg made my heart go nuts and major head pressure, dizzy and eyes felt crossed.

I did! also deleted all my posts recommending Ona's on the Reddit menopause group ;)
Sounds good. Cleaning house for me. Appreciate it.
Word of advice, don’t come into someone else’s substack and tell them how to run their own business.
You know NOTHING about my lane.
