Our group has grown significantly , and we need to stay focused on our purpose and mission:
➡️ Supporting women with gut health, hormone balance, and a pro-metabolic lifestyle.
To help clarify some of the topics that we DO NOT ENDORSE:
- Fasting or skipping meals
- Low-carb/no-carb diets
- Carnivore or keto diets
-Vegetarian of vegan diets
- High-intensity training
- Estrogen supplementation without proper guidance
- Supplementing iron as a solution to hormone imbalance
We respect that maybe some of these practices have helped you, but this is not the group to try and convince others of these same practices. You would not join a carnivore group and promote carb loading.
